This policy explains how LOVEUAD LTD ("we") handles your personal data when you use RagaGuru. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Service requires microphone access to detect pitch. Audio is processed in your browser in real time and is not uploaded to our servers. If you use a "save recording" feature (where available), the resulting note data (not the audio itself) is stored against your account so you can retrieve it later.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, Stripe collects your card details and processes them directly — we never see them. We store only the Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and current status, so we know whether to unlock Pro features. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data they collect: stripe.com/privacy.

We use browser local storage to keep you logged in (a JWT token) and to remember your device ID. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not sell your data.
Our hosting providers (Google Cloud, Neon, Stripe) may process data in the EU, US, or other regions under standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
